Client Brief
The client had purchased a run down property for an investment opportunity and enlisted my services to carry out the following requirements to enable a fast turnaround to re-list back on the market.
The fireplace and hearth boarded up in the living room.
Removed dividing wall between the toilet and bathroom along with the airing cupboard and cylinder to make one large bathroom.
Installed new bathroom suite and heating system with new combination boiler installed by Handy Haynes.
Installed new downstairs cloakroom using a macerator and erected new partition walls between cloakroom/kitchen and lounge/kitchen.
Decommissioned old kitchen in replacement for a new flat packed kitchen.
After connecting the macerator waste pipe to the stack the pipework was boxed in to create a shelving feature.
